When in the room two items from the devil room s item pool are shown which can be bought with depending on the item 1 or 2 or even 3 heart containers or occasionally soul hearts. For the rest of the room the familiar targets and attacks enemies similar to dead bird. If isaac has no red heart containers items can be bought for three soul hearts black hearts. Rerolls all of isaac s items.
